What sets us apart
We focus on preparation, collaboration, and respect for safety in every environment we work in, but our commitment extends beyond production. We learn our clients’ stories, goals, audiences, and safety needs, so each video has a clear role in marketing, sales, or internal communication.
With a focus on story paired with audience-driven strategy, we create videos that help teams connect, build their brand, and deliver real, measurable results they can track and improve. Whether filming in medical facilities, active job sites, or industrial operations, we work within established protocols, minimize disruption, and deliver professional video content that teams can rely on to communicate clearly, support growth, and build long-term credibility.
Our collaborative video production workflow
While video projects can vary significantly in scope, our production process and approach typically follow a consistent structure across industries, designed to minimize disruption, maintain safety standards, and deliver video content that aligns with your goals from the start. The following is a breakdown of how we tackle projects of all shapes and sizes:
-
Discovery & planning is an essential, but often overlooked part of the production process. Every project begins with a detailed discovery phase where we learn about your objectives, audience, messaging, and operational requirements. We work with your team to identify safety considerations, filming logistics, and communication goals so production runs smoothly and responsibly.
Depending on the production needs, this often includes:
Concept design and brainstorming
Scripting, outlining, and storyboarding
Video asset and brand design: logos, fonts, lower thirds, and color palettes
Casting and crew calls
Location scouting
-
We conduct filming with respect for your environment, team, and protocols. Whether on a medical campus, industrial facility, or active job site, we work efficiently, minimize disruption, and follow established safety standards while capturing the content needed to tell your story clearly.
The order of operations on most shoots looks something like this:
Equipment load-in, lighting, and audio setup
Talent rehearsal or interview prep
Recording of any necessary A-roll: interviews, dialogue, and voiceover
Recording of supporting B-roll - footage typically showcasing the product, service, and employees
Equipment breakdown
Wrap!
-
During post-production, we shape your footage into a clear, audience-focused final product that supports your communication goals. We collaborate with your team for feedback and revisions, ensuring the final video is accurate, professional, and ready for long-term use across platforms.
Our typical post-production process:
Backup, organization, and ingestion of all footage and assets
Foundational assembly and narrative design
Audio mixing + mastering
Color correction + grading
Optimization, export, delivery
Review & revisions
Archival
